Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although most will be within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 2 weeks for standard shipping delivery to arrive, unless you have chosen an alternate shipping method. All Next Day shipping orders must be received by 1 pm EST. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify sales@multitudenyc.com. You will receive an email from sales@multitudenyc.com when your order has been confirmed.
All orders are shipped USA UPS Ground unless selected otherwise. Rates are calculated through UPS calculator in the shopping cart. All orders within California will incur the current California sales tax. Please contact sales@multitudenyc.com if you have any questions.
Although availability may be indicated on MULTITUDENYC.COM, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products that have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.
Returns & exchanges are accepted within 10 days from which shipment is received. Notice must be given to sales@multitudenyc.com to obtain an return authorization number within 2 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. MULTITUDENYC.COM does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to sales@multitudenyc.com before sending back. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with packing slip when returned.

All orders are shipped UPS Ground, unless expedited service is chosen.
An e-mail notification will be sent once your order ships from our warehouse. Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Orders received after 12:00 pm PST will ship the next business day. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
*UPS does NOT ship to PO or FPO or APO BOXES

*Otherwise a signature is not required and packages will be delivered as a “Drop Shipment”
*Please note your order if you would like your order to be delivered as a “Drop Shipment”
* UPS will not deliver a box that is signature required without someone being available to sign for the package. If this is a problem give us a call within 24 hours of placing your order.
*We recommend contacting UPS directly at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877) to place a claim if you believe your package has been lost, damaged or stolen.
